Litigation Clinic (HALC) for academic credit through their home institutions.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Under the supervision of staff attorneys, students develop litigation strategies and client-centered advocacy practices through hands-on work, including case preparation, courtroom representation, and ongoing mentorship.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pursuant to the Superior Court\u2019s student practice rule, student attorneys represent clients and manage all aspects of assigned cases.
